Safe Weight Loss: The All Natural way without Gimmicks
Author: Foras Aje
If you type up Weight Loss in a keyword tracker tool or in a
search engine like Google, you will be alarmed to see how
many searches in a day are being done on this subject alone.
Take submitexpress.com for example, put `weight loss’ in
their word tracking device; you will see that on a daily
basis, more than 5000 searches are being done on how to lose
weight. However, this shouldn’t be alarming, I mean the
average person does have the desire to be liked, sought
after and popular. This might explain why we are so
captivated with celebrities and perhaps why we at times
blindly follow whatever fad or trend they might propagate in
the quest to lose weight and be slimmer, sometimes at the
cost of our own health.
The Weight Loss Industry, Are They Really Telling Us The Truth?
Author: Jim O’Neill
Everyone who has ever tried to lose weight and keep it off
knows that it is a very hard thing to do. In fact, nothing can
be closer to the truth than to say that weight loss is hard. So
it’s no wonder that when one weight loss company or another
comes up with their new, miracle breakthrough weight loss pill
that will simply melt the fat off while you sleep, regardless
of what you eat, people can’t wait to make their three easy
payments of only $29.95 while feverishly awaiting the arrival
of their weight loss “dream come true”.
Like a slap on the face, the idea strikes you- you need to lose
10 pounds. Perhaps Grandma’s comfort food has left you bulging
around the waist, or watching too much television hasn’t given
you enough time to exercise. You decide to lose weight, now.
Here’s the sad truth about losing weight: you can’t shed the
pounds as easily as you gained them. For one thing, drastic
diets can force you to give up meat, chocolate and other
favorite foods. Or, the diets want you to jog, not drive, to
every destination even if you need to go 59 miles.
Is binging your number one problem? When you are alone and
relaxed do you eat anything and everything. It doesn’t matter
what it is — you feel have no self-control. It doesn’t matter
how I’m feeling because either way I always eat. Please help!
First, realize you are very much in control. It sounds like you
are using food to meet needs and handle feelings that you don’t
know how to deal with in a healthier manner.
